Our story
The Van der Wal family comes from a line of blacksmiths who set up their business in 1936. In 1958, Koop van der Wal, then aged 17, started working in his father’s workshop.
Willem, Koop’s son, was 19 years old when he joined his father in the business. Due to a lack of space, the tractor specialist moved from Munnekeburen to Bant in 2008. After 53 years with the company, Koop retired in 2010.
Since then, the business has been run by Willem. Over the years, the company has experienced tremendous growth and has become one of the leading businesses in this sector. Koop van der Wal has a workshop, a showroom and a large storage area. The entire site covers over 20,000 m² and is situated alongside the A6 motorway.

Do you need a tractor on a temporary basis? We offer the option of hiring a tractor for a specific period:
We have a range of second-hand tractors available, including John Deere and Case IH. This will, of course, depend on the horsepower you require. Our hire rates are competitive and fair.
